Refund and Return Policy

• You may cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt in accordance with EU consumer law.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and not personalised in order to be eligible for return.

• Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of returned items.

Non-returnable items:

• Customized or made-to-order products

• Items unsealed after delivery for hygiene reasons

Shipping/Delivery Policy

• Standard delivery within Germany and the EU: 5–10 business days.

• International delivery: up to 10 business days.

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

• You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

• Manufacturer details: All our products are manufactured by Vedat Elitas Turkey

• Country of origin: All our products are handmade in Turkey
